Return & Refund Policy
At Nelson Teal, we partner with multiple trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders. Because products may come from different fulfillment partners, return eligibility may vary by item.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nelsonteal26@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Printful Products
Most of our products are made to order through Printful. Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with Printful to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Other Suppliers
Some products are fulfilled by other suppliers. Return and refund eligibility for these items may vary. Contact us before returning any item, and we will provide instructions based on the supplier's policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Made-to-order products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Personal care products
Perishable goods
Refunds
Once an approved return or claim has been processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or credit card company.
