Shipping & Order Processing

We offer a variety of products through multiple fulfillment methods. Some items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful, while others may be shipped directly by us or another supplier.

Payment Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your payment to be successfully processed and verified before your order enters the fulfillment process. Orders cannot be prepared or shipped until payment has been approved.

Order Fulfillment

Depending on the item(s) purchased, your order may be:

Made to order by our production partner, Printful.

Shipped directly from our inventory.

Fulfilled by another trusted supplier.

Production times for made-to-order items are typically 2–5 business days, while in-stock items may ship sooner.

Shipping Time

After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (where available)

If your order contains multiple items from different fulfillment partners, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier issues, customs, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nelson Teal is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution.
